摘    要:本试验主要研究奶牛日粮中添加亚麻籽后对奶牛乳脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明,添加亚麻籽可极显著提高乳中多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量,提高26.94%(P〈0.01);其中明显增加C18:2、C18:3、C20:4、C20:5和C22:6脂肪酸含量,两组之间差异极显著(P〈0.01)。在不饱和脂肪酸组成中ω-3 PUFA(包括α-C18:3、EPA、DHA)脂肪酸含量和ω-6 PUFA脂肪酸(C18:2、γ-C18:3和C20:4)含量,两组之间差异均极显著(P〈0.01),试验组高于对照组,分别提高78.47%和19.40%。添加亚麻籽可极显著(P〈0.01)降低牛乳中ω-6 PUFA/ω-3 PUFA比值,降低33.10%。

Abstract:The effect of flaxseed added to ration on fatty acids in cow milk was investigated.The results showed that the composition of unsaturated fatty acids in milk increased in 26.94%(P0.01) through adding flaxseed to ration.Among them,the compositions of C18:2、C18:3、C20:4、C20:5 and C22:6 increased and the significance between two groups was high(P0.01).The compositions of ω-3 fatty acid(including α-C18:3,EPA,and DHA) and ω-6 fatty acids(including C18:2,γ-C18:3,and C20:4)in unsaturated fatty acids increased and significance between two groups was also high(P0.01),and the increased percentage(78.47%) of experimental group was higher than 19.40% of control group.The ratio of ω-6 fatty acid to ω-3 fatty acid in milk decreased significantly(P0.01),and the decreasing percentage was 33.10%.
