毒害艾美耳球虫早熟株致病性与繁殖力的研究

摘    要:为选育制备弱毒疫苗所需的毒害艾美耳球虫(E.necatrix)早熟株,以临床表现、平均增重、相对增重率、小肠病变记分、血便记分、死亡率、每克粪便中的卵囊数(OPG)、卵囊总产量和每个卵囊的繁殖能力为指标,研究了E.necatrix早熟株与亲本株的致病性和繁殖力。结果表明该早熟株与其亲本株相比,早熟株的致病性降低了,接种相同剂量时早熟株平均增重、相对增重率高于亲本株,病变记分、血便记分和死亡率均低于亲本株;早熟株产卵高峰提前,繁殖力下降至亲本株的55%左右,符合球虫早熟疫苗株的特性。

Abstract:In order to select the Eimeria necatrix precocious line for the production of the attenuated vaccine. The pathogenic and reproduction of precocious line and parent strain were assessed by clinical situation, average weight gain, relative weight gain, lesion scores, the bloody stool scores, mortality, osteoprotegerin (OPG), oocyst production and reproductive potential of oocyst reproduction index. The precocious line was less pathogenic than the parent strain. The average weight gain and the relative weight gain were higher, and the lesion scores, bloody scores and mortality were lower when compared with the parent strain. The peak of oviposition was advanced and the total oocyst production of the precocious strain was depressed about 45% compared with that of parental strain, which was in accord with the characteristics of the attenuated vaccine of the precocious line.
