动物微生态制剂猪肠源芽孢杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:本次试验的菌种是从宁夏平罗县边远农村基本自然生长的健康肉猪的小肠、大肠和盲肠中分离获得的,共分离出28株菌株.通过对这28株菌株的菌落形态观察、革兰氏染色和芽孢染色镜检,筛选出12株芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)菌株进行了生理化学鉴定,其中有11株分属于芽孢杆菌的3个种.确定8株为蜡状芽孢杆菌(B.cereus),1株为枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis),2株为短芽孢杆菌(B.brevis).这11株菌株的各项鉴定结果均符合芽孢杆菌属和相应种的菌落形态、革兰氏染色和芽孢染色特征以及生理生化鉴定标准.

Abstract:The bacterial species in this experiment were isolated from the small intestine,large intestine and blind intestine of a healthy pig growing in the condition of natural environment in the outlying countryside in Pingluo,Ningxia.28 strains were isolated.Though the observation of colonial morphology,Gram staining and spore staining,12 strains of Bacillus were chosen to be identified physiologically and biochemically according to the diagnostic characteristics of Bacillus.Among those 11 strains were identified and classified as 3 species of Bacillus.8 strains were defined as B.cereus,1strain as B.subtilis and 2 strains as B.brevis.All the results of those 11 strains were coincidental to the identification criteria of colony morphology,features of Gram staining and spore staining,and physiological and biochemical identification of genus and related species of Bacillus.
