摘    要:目的]充分利用提油后的麻疯树种子粕。方法]将提油后的种子粕用缓冲溶液法或碱提酸沉法提取种子蛋白,使用一定配比的氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙进行碱法改性,测得干湿黏度,并与大豆蛋白改性制备的胶粘剂进行对比。结果]使用麻疯树种子蛋白改性制备的胶粘剂胶合强度与大豆蛋白相差不大,并且其耐热水性比大豆蛋白胶高。结论]使用麻疯树种子蛋白改性制备的胶粘剂,有利于保障国家的粮食安全。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to make full use of jatropha seed after drawing oil.Method] Buffer-solution method and alkali extraction and acid precipitation method were used to extract jatropha seed protein.And it was modified by alkali including certain proportion NaOH and Ca(OH)2.Its dry and wet viscosity were compared with soybean protein.Result] Its adhesive had little difference with soybean protein,what's more its water resistance was better than soybean protein.Conclusion] Using modification adh...
