摘    要:食品分析是保障食品安全的重要手段.对食品专业的学生来说,<食品分析与检验>是重要的专业课.为了培养学生的实践创新能力,掌握先进的食品分析、检测方法,在多年课程教学实践的基础上,对课程改革做了一些有益的尝试和探索,取得了一定的成效.

Abstract:Food Analysis is a significant control to insure safety of food. For students who major in Food Science, Food Analysis and Safety Verification is an important professional course. Based on teaching practices of many years, considerable achievements have been gained through some useful researches on the course reform that aimed at improving practical creativity of the students to have a good master of advanced methods of Food Analysis and Safety Verification.
