中长跑教学放松整理活动的效果

摘    要:中长跑后学生身心疲劳恢复的实验研究结果表明:采用意念引导调息、放松、结合肌肉按摩的方法,既能迅速降低中枢神经系统的紧张程度,有效恢复消耗的能量,又可加速肌肉组织和其它器官组织疲劳的恢复速度。方法简便易行,效果良好,对中长跑教学后学生机体疲劳的恢复具有特殊的作用和意义。

Abstract:The results of the physical and psychological recovery of fatigue of the student after medium and long distance running shows that thought guidance relaxation, and muscle massage can rapidly release the nervousness of the central nervous system, effectively restore the consumed energy and quicken the recovery speed of muscle and other human organs. The methods are proved to be easy convenient and effective and are great help to the fatigue recovery of the student after the medium and long distance run.
