| 摘 要： | 当今世界,农村合作经济组织已成为一个全球性的经济组织现象,特别是在我国《农民专业合作社法》颁布实施一年多来,农村合作经济组织在发展的过程中,又产生了新的矛盾和困惑,通过分析,整理出解决困惑的对策,提出发展农村经济合作组织几点建议。

| Abstract: | In today＇ s world, rural cooperative economic organization has become a global economic organization, especially, since ＂professional farmers cooperative law＂ has been promulgated and implemented more than one year, new contradictions and confusions have arisen in the course of the development of rural cooperative economic organizations. Byanalysis, get the countermeasures of the problem and put forward some suggestions about the development of rural economic cooperation organization. |
