| 摘 要： | 以猪肺炎霉形体乳免片.给7只40日龄仔猪作两次点眼,间隔10天。在第二次点眼后10天。取泪液和血清作间接血凝试验。结果表明,在泪液中有特异性抗体,实验猪泪液7/7达1:40“(?)”以上,血清均为阴性。对照组7只仔猪的泪液和血清均为阴性。另外,发现试验猪第三眼睑浅腺,有明显浆细胞浸润和淋巴滤胞增生。

| Abstract: | Seven piglets of 40 days age was twice inoculated with Mycoplasma
suipneumoniae sucking rabbit strain by eyedrops 10 days interval. Tears
were positive to the Indirect Hemagglutintion Test (IDHT) while Serum
was negative to IDHT 10 days after second inoc lation. Tears and serum
of all controled piglets were negative to IDHT. It is proved that Tears
are of specific antibody immune respones in piglet.
Additionally, it was found that there are plasma cell infiltration and
lymphoid follide hyperplasia in shallow glandule palpebrae tertiae of
piglets inoculated by M., suipneumoniae. |
