摘    要:利用9K培养基对高砷铁渣中土著生物分离纯化后获得某一细菌进行纯培养,采用分子生物学方法对该细菌进行相关鉴定,结果表明:属于Bacillus属,该细菌在矿浆浓度为5%,最佳温度为30℃C的条件下,周期在14天内对废渣中砷的浸出效果达到最佳.高砷铁渣中砷的含量可降低至3.92%.

Screening and Identification of Indigenous Bacteria to Remove Arsenic from Iron Slag

Abstract:A bacterium was purified in 9K culture mediums,which was screened from the indigenous microorganisms in iron slag carrying high content of arsenic.Some properties of this bacterium were identified by molecular biology method.The results showed that this bacterium belongs to Bacillus,and could mostly remove arsenic from iron slag under 5% concentration of slag,30℃,14 days,and the content of arsenic can be decreased to 3.92%.
