| 摘 要： | 本文通过对黑龙江省亚麻产业的调研，针对存在的问题，通过归纳总结和分析，提出了产业发展的思路。首先解决品种问题，培育适应性强的品种，满足市场的需要；提升机械化水平，提高生产效率，降低生产成本，提高竞争能力；建立合理布局和产业新模式；积极促进相关产业发展，提高产业的抗风险能力；加强政策支持，提高产业竞争能力；完善亚麻技术推广体系；亚麻纺织拉动内需，促进国内市场发展；引进先进技术，全面提升产业水平；大规模种植，雨露沤麻。文中提出了产业发展思路，力求突破产业发展的瓶颈问题。

| Abstract: | Through investigating and summarizing the existed problems in flax industry , the author put forward some measures to promote flax industry development.These measures are included as choo-sing good quality and adaptation flax cultivar , improving mechanization and high production efficiency , building reasonable growing distribution and industry model , promoting relevant industry development , enhancing the ability resistant to risk , getting governmental policy support , enhancing industry competi-tion ability, completing flax technique expansion system , promoting domestic demands and domestic mar-ket development , importing advanced technology , planting in large scale and dew -retting.These meas-ures are expected to solve the problems existed in flax industry development. |
