| 摘 要： | 利用猪伪狂犬病gpI 抗体ELISA试剂盒对广西10个种猪场2004～2007年的3253份血清进行猪伪狂犬病gpI抗体检测,并对阳性猪进行淘汰.结果10 个种猪场猪伪狂犬病感染率从2004年的17.06%下降到2007年的0 64%.证实在广西种猪场用猪伪狂犬病 gpI抗体ELISA试剂盒定期监测猪伪狂犬病,淘汰带毒种猪,能有效控制与净化猪伪狂犬病.

| Abstract: | To investigate and analyze epidemic situation of pseudorabies(PR) in Guangxi,3523 sera samples of pigs from ten pig farms during 2004 and 2007 were used to examine the antibody of PRV gpI by ELISA kit,and the positive pigs were eliminated.The results showed that the infection rate of PR in ten pig farms was decreased from 17.06% to 0.64% during the period of 2004 to 2007.Therefore,the periodic inspection of PRV gpI antibodies with ELISA kit was effective for the control and decontamination of PR by eliminat... |
