摘    要:本文通过对甘肃省河西地区不同生长期草木樨中总香豆素的测定,结果表明:草木樨中香豆素的含量在营养期最高,开花期次之,结实期最低;花中最高,叶中次之,茎中最低:因地区不同其含量也有差异。


A Report on Determination of the Total Coumarin in Sweet Clover at Different Periods of Development in Different Areas of Hexi in Gansu
Abstract:The total amount of coumarin in sweet clover at different periods of development in different areas of Hexi corridor, Gansu Province, has been determined.The results obtained showed that it varied at different periods of development, it being tlle highest during nutrient period, the higher during blooming period, and the lowest during seedy period. lt also differed in different parts of this kind of plant, i. e. the highest in bloom, the higher in leaves and the lowest in steams, lt appeared to be different levels in different areas as well.
