| 摘 要： | 1987～1990年对芦笋茎尖组织培养技术进行了系统研究。结果表明:MS+NAA0.1mg/L+BA0.5～1.5mg/L为适宜芽尖成苗培养基;MS+NAA0.1mg/L+KT(或BA)1.0mg/L为适宜继代增殖培养基。激素种类和浓度是影响生根的关键因素,茎尖长度对生根也有一定影响。改良MS+IBA0.5mg/L或改良MS+IBA0.5mg/L+KT0.05～0.1mg/L,为适宜生根培养基。IBA的生根效果优于NAA。根质是影响试管苗移栽成活的首要因素。过渡培养可大大提高芦笋试管苗的移栽成活率。移栽基质以土5份、蛭石3份为最佳。

STUDY ON TECHNIQUES FOR SHOOT TIP CULTURE OF ASPARAGUS |

| Abstract: | A systemic study of asparagus shoot tif culture was carried out in 1987-1990.The results showed that the medium of MS+NAA 0.1mg/l+BA0.5-1.5mg/l is suitable for plantlet differentiation,and the medium of MS+NAA 0.1mg/l+KT(or BA)0.1mg/l is suitable for subculture.The kinds and concentrations of hormones are the main factors which affect rooting.The length of shoot tips affects rooting in some degree,too.The medium of improved MS+IBA 0.5mg/l+KT 0.05-0.1mg/l is suitable for rooting.IBA is superior to NAA for rooting.Root quality is an important factor affecting the survival rate of in vitro plantlet after transplanting from medium to soil.Transition culture can enormously increase their survival rate.A mixture of 62.5% soil and 37.5% vermiculite is the best substratum for growth of the rooted shoots after transplanting. |
