摘 要: | 目的]研究不同反应单体配比乳酸齐聚物的分子量和溶胀介质对溶胀行为的影响。方法]以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,在碱性条件下制备共聚水凝胶,测定其溶胀行为。结果]共聚水凝胶具有pH敏感性;在中性条件下HPC可以延缓共聚水凝胶的降解。结论]羟丙基壳聚糖的引入可以有效的抑制乳酸齐聚物的降解,扩大了乳酸齐聚物的应用范围。

Synthesis and Swelling Behavior of Copolymer Hydrogels with Oligomer of Lactic Acid and Hydroxypropyl Chitosan |

Abstract: | Objective]The study aimed to research the effect of ratio of monomer,viscosity-average molar mass of OLA and pH buffers to swelling behavior.Method] The copolymer hydrogels were prepared using epichlorohydrin as cross-linker in alkili aqueous solution and their swelling behavior were measured.Result]The results showed the copolymer hydrogels had pH sensitivity and HPC could postponed degradation of copolymer hydrogels.Conclusion] Hydroxypropyl chitosan imported could restrain effectively the degradation of Oligomer of lactic acid and enlarge the applied range. |
