大豆疫病的截获和鉴定

摘    要:本研究采用土壤诱集和分离培养方法,首次用国产大豆感病品种合丰25号和国产抗生素替代已报道的国外感病品种和抗生素,对从美国路易斯安娜州进口的2批共约10万吨大豆所取的样品中直接检出大豆疫病菌(Phytophythora sojae)。这一结果也表明我国大面积种植的合丰25号大豆品种对来自美国的大豆疫病是感病的。因此,加强对进口美国大豆的检疫十分重要。

Abstract:The susceptible native cultivar of soybean-Hefeng 25 and native antibiotics were used to substitute the reported ones from foreign countries for the first time in order to in- spect samples from about 10 tons soybeans imported from Louisana State of America by the method of soil baiting and isolation and incubation in this study.As a result,Phytoph- thora sojae was found directly from samples,which demonstrated that Hefeng 25,which is planted at large scale in China,is susceptible to Phytophthora sojae from...
