转Bt基因玉米回交二代的抗虫性鉴定

摘    要:对112-1,8085,综3,N808等4个BC2Bt基因材料进行田间抗虫性接卵鉴定和PCR分子检测。同等条件下,在BC2群体内;田间抗虫性接卵鉴定结果表明:不同遗传背景的转基因材料,抗性表现不同,不同植株之间抗性各异。MPCR检测结果表明,扩增产物的条带在100bp附近,与引物设计的片段大小吻合,说明转基因后代中外源Bt的存在。田间鉴定和室内分子鉴定基本一致,为抗虫株的选育提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Both identification of insect-resistance in the field and PCR detecting analysis in lab are used in the four BC2 materials of 112-1,8085,Zong3,N808.Under the condition, among the individuals within the second generation of BC2;The result from the field test shows that the expression of insect resistance varies with the different genetic backgrounds, there exists great diversity in the insect resistance; MPCR analysis reveals that the lane of amplified results is as in about 100bp as the fragment designed by primer, which shows that Bt transformed gene exists in the progeny of Bt transformed gene in maize. 
