植物栽培生理及其研究法

摘    要:本文论述了植物栽培生理的特点、任务和研究途径。指出植物栽培生理是一门边缘科学,在内容上介于植物生理与作物栽培之间,在性质上介于基础科学与应用科学之间,在方法上介于实验科学与理论科学之间。它的主要任务是研究作物高产、稳产、优质、低耗的生理基础。研究作物在栽培条件下的生理变化并从中找出用以指导生产实践的原则和理论。根据栽培生理的特殊性,在研究的方式方法上不能完全套用植物生理与作物栽培的老方法,而应根据它的特殊目的和任务来确定其相适应的研究内容和方法。本文提出了从光合性能、群体结构、个体营养、培育壮苗和促进产品器官发达及增产来源与比例等方面有关的测定方法和分析途径。

Abstract:The characteristics,tasks and researching techniques in physiology of plant cultivation are discussed in the paper. It points out that physiology of plant cultivation is one of frontier sciences.It is between plant physiology and crop cultivation in terms of contents, between basic science and practical science in terms of characters, between experimental science and theoratical science in terms of the method. Its main task is to study the physiological basis of high yields, stability of yields, good quality and low consumption in crop production and the physiological changes in crop growing.The work would help us to conclude the principles and theory for practical production.The contents and method in research corresponding to its distinctive aim and task should be applied, but not the ones used previously in plant physiology and crop cultivation. In the paper, the method and technique are presented to evaluate the photosynthetic properties, population structure and individual nutrition, to cultivate strong seedlings, to promote the grain development and to produce more photosynthetic matters and more into grain.
