| 摘 要： | 在系统归纳结构转换、后发优势、规模经济、技术开发和国际产业转移等产业升级转化理论的基础上，通过对农业产业升级演变规律，准备阶段、速变阶段和稳定阶段三个演变阶段，农业及相关产业运作过程商品化、组织规模经济化、产业间关联效应化、产业布局基地化、区域规模经济化、装备技术密集化、产品标准化和商标化、交易过程市场化等演变趋向的分析，提出了变革重组农业产业组织、调整产业结构、优化产业布局等加快农业产业升级转化的重点和保障措施。

| Abstract: | Under the basement of industrialisation theory of upgrade and transform, including framework, advantage, economy, technology etc. the crucial issues and assuring measures, which conclude of recombine organizations, modulate frameworks, optimize distributions and so on, are advised, with the analysis of the evolvemental rules and phrases of agricultural industrialisation upgrade and the developmental trend of agriculture and other correlative industries. |
