| 摘 要： | 对骨髓细胞蒸汽固定法进行改进,得到一种制备蝙蝠染色体标本的简便方法.在实验条件较差,实验经费少的条件下应用该方法能够制备出质量较好的染色体标本,尤其是对于初学者,采用该方法制备蝙蝠染色体的成功率较高.在开展蝙蝠等小型哺乳动物细胞遗传学研究方面具有很好的推广应用前景.

| Abstract: | A simple and convenient method to prepare chromosomes of bats is presented.The method ensures good spreading of chromosomes within metaphases,high frequency of metaphases suitable for counting and karyotyping.Compared with other chromosome methods,this method has the following advantages.1) It is technically simple.2) It ensured high success-rate in several systems tested,especially for beginners.3) It can help us carry out cytogenetic work in some poor conditions e.g.when centrifuge is not available. |
