| 摘 要： | 在2006年4月11日倒春寒袭击后,以20个国内外不同秋眠级的紫花苜蓿品种为研究对象,通过对茎、叶形态,叶片中脯氨酸含量及第1茬草产量的比较研究发现,在倒春寒袭击后,半秋眠性紫花苜蓿品种受冻时和在受冻后的恢复阶段均表现出优良的性状,脯氨酸含量显著增加,第1茬草产量显著高于其他秋眠级品种。因此,秋眠级4-5级紫花苜蓿品种适宜晋中地区引种和栽培。

| Abstract: | The study was conducted on 20 alfalfa cultivars with different degree of fall-dormancy(FD) coming from different countries and regions.By observing leaf blade and stem,comparisons were made on proline contents in leaf blade and the first stubble outputs in 11th April,2006,when the unusually cold spell in an otherwise warm early spring happened.The results show that:After the unusually cold spell the otherwise warm early spring attacked,those half autumn dormancy alfalfa cultivars displayed fine character in the restoration stage in Jin zhong area.Therefore,the dormancy level 4 to 5 of alfalfa cultivar are suitable in this area. |
