| 摘 要： | 以黄瓜品种“津绿3号”／黑子南瓜嫁接苗为试材,以农户习惯施肥为对照,研究了不同氮钾水平及有机肥施用比例对温室越冬茬黄瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明：在相同氮钾营养水平下增加有机肥配比有助于黄瓜产量和品质的提高;随着施肥水平的提高,果实外观及风味有所改善,产量及果实干物质、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C含量均有提高,但硝酸盐含量迅速上升。过量施肥导致总产量、品质降低。

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization on yield and quality of overwintering grafted cucumber(Cucumis sativus L."Jinlü3"/Cucurbita ficifolia) in solar greenhouse with the conventional fertilization as the check(CK).The results indicated that under the same levels of nitrogen and potassium,increasing the ratio of organic fertilizer was helpful to the increase of cucumber yield and quality.The commercial quality and flavor of cucumber were improved with the increase of fertilizer;the yield and the contents of dry matter,soluble sugar,soluble protein,VC in fruit increased too.At the same time,the nitrate content in cucumber also increased rapidly.But excessive fertilization also could cause the decrease of cucumber yield and quality. |
