糙米加湿调质最适宜加工水分含量研究

摘    要:以含水量12.5%的糙米为原料,将糙米加湿调质到不同含水量,并取不同含水量的均质糙米样品做磨米加工试验,检测精米率、碎米率、精裂纹米率及功耗.研究证实,最适宜加工的糙米水分含量为15%~16%,可以避免加湿过程中产生的应力裂纹,而且可以降低磨米能耗、增加出米率和提高大米品质.

Abstract:This article take the water content 12.5% brown rice as a raw-material. Use moisture contents for rice milling and study the experimental raw-material after the brown rice are grinded. Tested the energy consumption and the rate of broken rice and rate of cracking rice during grinded. It can be confirmed that the cracking rice produced by amount of water adding to the brown rice are avoided when the amount of moisture contents for rice milling are limited 15% - 16%, the energy consumption is reduced and rice milling yield is raised and quality of rice is enhanced.
