红叶石楠离体快繁技术体系的建立与优化

摘    要:以红叶石楠茎尖为外植体,探讨不同植物激素6-BA、IBA、NAA的浓度对试管苗增殖以及植株再生的影响,建立了一套红叶石楠离体培养技术体系。试验结果表明:红叶石楠初代培养采用MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基、茎尖继代培养采用MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L和NAA 0.1 mg/L的培养基为宜,通过正交试验确定,植株增高选用MS+6-BA1.0+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L的培养基效果较好,生根培养选用1/2MS+IBA1.0~1.5 mg/L培养基,生根率、移栽成活率可达100%。

Abstract:Using the stem segment with single bud as the explant,this paper probes into the effects of different concentration 6-BA,NAA,IBA on proliferation and plantlet regeneration of Photinia frasery. The results showed that the appropriate medium for bud induction is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,the medium of multiplication is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L.Using orthogonal tests to determine the medium for plant grow is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,and the medium of rooting is 1/2 MS +IBA 1.0~1.5 mg/L,with up to 100% survival rate.
