摘    要:采用常规杂交的方法,以长瓣短柱茶为母本、浙江红山茶为父本,研究花粉管在柱头及花柱中行为。结果表明:花粉管在柱头正常萌发,花粉管在花柱中伸长其前1/3长度时速度快、基本正常,在后2/3花柱头中伸长时速度慢、形成胼胝质,这可能是花粉管与母本组织在遗传和生理上的某些不相适应导致。

Abstract:Conventional crossbreeding methods were used in this study. The behavior of the pollen tubes on the stigma and style was studied by using C. yuhsienemis as the female parent and C. chekiangoleosa as the pollen parent. The results showed that the pollen growth was rapid and normal during the growing process of the first 1/3 length of the pollen tubes and slowed down later; and calluses were observed, which might be due to the hereditary and physiological inadmissibility between the pollen tubes and the female parent.
