| 摘 要： | 宝椒2号是线辣椒宝椒1号的自然变异通过系统选育而成的早熟新品种。该品种株型紧凑,株高75cm,开展度32cm;果长17.7cm,果横径1.72cm,平均单果质量13.4g,平均单株结果35.2个,果实簇生性好,结果集中,果色深红,果面光亮,商品性好,品质优良,果实Vc含量155.9mg/100g(鲜质量)、粗蛋白2.23%、粗纤维6.05%、总灰分0.82%、干物质16.77%;中抗辣椒疫病、病毒病,中感炭疽病;在陕西线辣椒产区全生育期169d;每1hm2平均鲜椒产量20.59t,比对照岐椒98–1增产16.8%。该品种适用于鲜食及制酱。

| Abstract: | Baojiao 2 is a new early -mature linear pepper variety bred by systematic breeding from natural mutation of Baojiao 1. It grows compact plants, 75cm in plant height and 32cm in plant canopy, and bright dark- red fruit closely in clusters, 35.2 fruit per plant, 17.7cm in fruit length, 1.72 cm in diameter and 13.4g per fruit with good marketability and high quality. It contains 155.9mg VC per 100g, 2.23% crude protein, 6.05% crude fiber, 0.82% total ash and 16.77% dry matter in fruit. It is mid-resistant to phytophthora blight and virus disease, and mid-susceptible to anthracnose. Its whole growing period is about 169 d in the linear pepper grown area of Shaanxi; and it yields about 20.59 t fresh fruit per hm2, 16.8% higher than the CK Qijiao 98-1, for fresh fruit cooking and chilli sauce processing. |
