摘    要:对已公布的45条大麦黄矮病毒( Barley yellow dwarf virus,BYDV)全基因组进行比对分析,表明BYDV具有2种基因组结构类型.依据45条全基因组序列和59条外壳蛋白(CP)基因序列分别建立BYDV系统进化树,表明PAV株系可分为3个亚组,且发现中国的PAV与欧美的PAV间存在明显的分子差异.M...
