摘    要:目的]对引进的3个种源墨西哥柏苗木生物量及根系生长状况进行研究,为今后困难地造林提供技术支撑.方法]以引进的3个种源3个龄级(1龄、2龄、3龄)墨西哥柏实生幼苗为研究对象,对其地上、地下部分生物量及根系形态特征、表面积、体积等方面进行研究.结果]随龄级的增加,幼苗的株高和地径生长明显增加,不同种源苗木差异较大,且幼苗的根冠比、根系长度、表面积与体积呈上升趋势;2、3龄级幼苗整体稳定生长,中根、大根在总根系中所占比重增大,地下部分需要更多的光合产物,幼苗根系逐渐向中根和大根发育.结论]地上生物量与根系形态各指标间存在相关性,根系形态与生物量关系密切.不同种源幼苗在相同的生长环境和时间内,积累生物量的能力不同.

Study on Relationship of Root Morphological Characters and Biomass of Cupressus lusitanica in Different Age Classes

Abstract: Objective] The biomass and root morphological character of Cupressus lusitanica seedlings were studied, which in order to provide technical support for difficulty in difficulty in afforestation. Method ] With the introduction of Cupressus lusitanica seedlings of three prove- nances of age classes (1,2,3-year-old) as the research objects, the ground, underground biomass and root morphology characters, surface ar- ea, total volume etc. were analyzed. Result] With the increase of the age class,the seedling height and ground diameter growth increased significantly, different provenance seedlings have huge distinctions, and the root-shoot ratio of seedlings, root total length, total surface area and volume tend to increase as well. The age of 2, 3 class overall stable growth, the percentage of middle root and big root of the total root is increased, the underground parts need more photosynthetic product, seedling root gradually grow towards the middle root and big root. Con- clusion] Above ground biomass and root morphology of each index have correlation, and they are closely ralated. Different provenance have different ability to accumulate biomass within the same growth environment and time path.
