| 摘 要： | 重点从硼与花粉管果胶质二聚体复合物的形成、花粉脯氨酸代谢、花粉细胞内钙离子浓度变化等方面综述硼在花粉中的生物化学功能。简要阐述了花粉管胼胝质和酚类含量在硼胁迫时的异常表现。并基于农业生产现状对今后植物硼素营养研究重点提出展望。

| Abstract: | We reviewed the advances in research of biochemical function of boron in pollen,including: the formation of borate cross-linked RG-II dimmer,the metabolism of Hydroxyproline Rich Glycoproteins,and the change of Ca2 concentration in pollen cell.Abnormalities of the content and distribution of callose and phenolics are also mentioned.Some suggestions for research on boron nutrition in plant based on agricultural status are proposed. |
