| 摘 要： | 机器视觉技术在农产品颜色检测与分级中有着广泛的应用前景.本文介绍了几种常用的颜色模型及其在农产品缺陷、色泽及成熟度检测中的应用,并指出了需进一步研究与探索的方向.
