增压中冷柴油机缸盖水套CFD分析

摘    要:对增压中冷柴油机气缸盖冷却水套进行了三维CFD数值模拟,对冷却水套入口流量以及特征点的温度、压力进行测试,为CFD计算提供了准确的边界条件。研究结果表明:气缸盖冷却水套中流速和换热系数均能满足冷却要求,4缸附近的流速相对于其他各缸要小一些;进入气缸盖冷却水套各缸的流量不太均匀,主要原因是大量的冷却水直接从1缸流入气缸盖,这样很容易造成其它缸冷却能力不足,故该气缸盖局部结构需进一步优化处理。

Abstract:The three-dimensional CFD numerical simulation of the cooling water jacket about the super-charging inter-cooled diesel engine is carried on with the AVL FIRE.The temperature and pressure on characteristic points of cooling water jacket in cylinder head and the mass flow of cooling water jacket at entrance are tested to provide the accurate boundary conditions for the CFD calculation.The results indicate that the flow speed and the heat transfer coefficient of cooling jacket in the cylinder head can satisfy the cooling requirement,the flow speeds nearby the forth cylinder are less than others;the mass flows of the cooling jackets are unequally,there are massive cooling water entering from the first cylinder to cylinder head directly which will lead to the other cylinders' insufficient cooling.So the further optimization is required to the partial structures of cylinder head.
