| 摘 要： | 思政课教师是马克思主义理论的学习者和传播者,是时代新人的培育者,是课程教学的实施者。其中,思政课青年教师作为非常重要的中坚力量,对于培养全面发展的复合型人才起到了积极的作用。然而由于种种因素制约,他们在角色实现过程中容易产生一系列关系冲突、能力冲突和行为冲突。深入分析思政课青年教师存在的角色缺失,帮助其对自身角色定位进行科学调适,并从社会、高校、个人等层面建构其成长择优路径,可调适角色冲突,促进思政课青年教师与大学生共同成长,促进高校思想政治教育有序推进。

| Abstract: | The teachers of ideological and political courses are learners and disseminators of Marxist theories, educators of new generations of our time, and implementers of the curriculum teaching. Among them, young teachers of ideological and political courses, as the backbone of teaching, play an active role in cultivating all-round compound talents. However, due to various factors, they are prone to a series of relationship conflicts, ability conflicts and behavior conflicts in the process of assuming their roles. Based on the analysis of the existing role conflicts, this paper aims to help young teachers of ideological and political courses make reasonable adjustments to bring their roles into full play, and select a preferable growth path with consideration of the impact from society, college and individual, thus motivating young college teachers to develop together with college students and improving the orderly advancement of ideological and political education in colleges. |
