| 摘 要： | 基于2006—2019年安徽省16个城市土地城镇化、人口城镇化、协调发展度的测算结果,考察三者时空特征与影响因素。结果表明：安徽土地城镇化主要依赖土地、人口、固定资产等要素投入驱动;人口城镇化主要通过产业承接调整产业结构、农业人口向城市转移等措施驱动;土地城镇化、人口城镇化、协调发展度三者发展趋势基本同步,趋于良好协调发展,但城市差异呈扩大趋势;2019年16个城市之间的协调发展度空间集聚显著。土地城镇化与人口城镇化相互影响,同时,协调发展度受国家政策与城市间不平衡发展影响,可通过差别化推进新型城镇化进程、巩固皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区的核心地位、建立综合性的地方政府考核制度等措施切实推进土地城镇化与人口城镇化协调发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the calculation of land urbanization, population urbanization and coordinated development degree in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2019, this paper explores their spatial-temporal characteristics and influencing factors. It is found that land urbanization in Anhui mainly depends on the input of resources such as land, population, fixed assets and so on. Population urbanization is mainly driven by the adjustment of industrial structure and the migration of agricultural population to cities. The development of the three are basically synchronous and tend to be well coordinated, but the urban differences show an expanding trend. The spatial agglomeration of coordinated development degree among 16 cities in 2019 is considerable. Land urbanization and population urbanization interact with each other, and the degree of coordinated development is influenced by national policies and the unbalance of development between cities. We can promote the coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization by stimulating the process of new urbanization in a differentiated way, consolidating the core position of Wanjiang City Belt as a demonstration area in undertaking industrial transfer, establishing a comprehensive local government assessment system and some other measures. |
