平原区水系连通实践与思考

摘    要:根据我国“十二五”战略规划,河湖水系连通将作为提高河流健康性的一个重要途径。通过水系连通,能增强水体的流动性,使污染水体的稀释速度加快,对改善水体水质具有重要作用。近年来泗洪县城市化进程加快,城区水系连通性差,水体自净能力较弱,水质不断恶劣。通过规划的大、小连通方案,能使河网水体实现有序流动,满足水资源调节的需求;同时根据MIKE11模型模拟计算结果,在结合截污措施的前提下,河道水质能得到有效改善。

The practice and thinking of interconnected river system in the plain area
Abstract:According to the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” strategic planning, interconnected river system network is regarded as an important way to enhance the health of rivers. Interconnected river system network plays a significant role in improving the quality of water body. It can promote the mobility of water in order to accelerate the dilution rate of polluted. In recent years, Sihong County urbanization process is accelerating. Meanwhile, river system network in Sihong County is bad interconnected, so the water quality here is getting worse and worse. Via the plan of the large and the small connectivity program, water in river can achieve an orderly flow and meet the demand of water resources. Based on the calculation and simulation of MIKE11, water quality has been improved by taking these measures under the premise of pollution interception.
