| 摘 要： | 利用传统的比较形态学及新兴的同工酶电泳方法,对宁夏贺兰山农牧场9个样点,共45 个病根中的线虫进行了种类鉴定.结果表明:引起贺兰山农牧场黄瓜根结线虫病的病原线虫主要是南方根结线虫 Meloidogyne incognita,该种数量占样品总量的97%以上,其它种类尚未发现.

| Abstract: | Based on the morphological characters such as Perineal-striae,juvenile and female adult body length and maximum width, stylet,and DGO,and isoenzyme profiles,45 populations collected from 9 areas in Helan Mountain region,Ningxia,were identified.There was only one species of root-knot nematode Meloidogyne.incognita in those areas.M.incognita accounted for the total species of more than 97%,other species was not found yet. |
