摘    要:报道了梅岭霉素对十种昆虫螨类的生物活性,其中对柑桔全爪螨、柑桔锈壁虱、棉红蜘蛛、棉蚜、萝卜蚜具有高的生物活性,杀虫作用方式主要表现为触杀作用,其毒力略高于阿弗麦菌素(Avermectins).对这5种螨虫的LC_(50)依次是0.046mg/L,0.004mg/L,0.039mg/L,0.126mg/L和0.136mg/L,对家蚕具有较强的胃毒作用,LD_(50)为0.073mg/kg,对葡萄十星叶虫和菜青虫具有一定的胃毒生物活性,但棉红铃虫和二十八星瓢虫接触梅岭霉素表现不敏感。

Abstract:The paper reports the insecticidal activity of Meilingmycin against ten mites.Meil-ingmycin has strong biological activity against Panonychus citri,Phyllocoptes cleivorus,Te-tranychus cinnabarinus,Aphis gossypii and Lipaphis erysini.It kills insects mainly throughcontact.Its toxicity is a little stronger than Avermectins,the LC_(50) values to the five species ofMites are 0.046mg/L.0.004mg/L.0.039mg/L.0.126mg/L and 0.136mg/L respectively.It also has stronger stomach toxicity against Bombyx,the LD_(50) value of which is 0.073mg/kg.Meilingmycin has a certain biological activity against Oides deoempunotate and Picris rapae.But Pectinophare gossypiella and Epilach na Sparsa Orientalis are insensitive to the contactwith Meilingmycin.
