摘    要:目的]研究脱落酸(ABA)在低温(5℃)条件下对棉花幼苗电导百分率、MDA含量、SOD活性的影响.方法]以中棉所15号为材料,分别进行5℃低温处理0、2、4、6、12、24、48和72 h和ABA浓度0、10-8、10-7、10-6和10-5mol/L交叉处理,并做二因素方差分析和Duncan多重比较.结论]低温时间和ABA浓度均极显著影响电导率、MDA含量、SOD活性,且低温时间和ABA浓度之间无相互作用; 5℃低温及ABA 10-7 mol/L条件下处理4 h,能极显著降低棉花幼苗电导百分率和MDA含量,提高SOD活性.在低温5℃、4 h、ABA 10-7 mol/L处理下比较中棉所15号、中棉所35号、新陆早8号三种棉花品种的抗寒性.结论]抗寒能力大小为:中棉所15号>中棉所35号>新陆早8号.

Abstract:【Objective】The changes of conductivity percentage,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were studied by spraying abscisic acid(ABA) on cotton seedlings in low temperature(5℃).【Method】The variety of China Cotton Research Institute NO.15(CCRI 15) was used as material, to conduct chilling treatment by 0,2,4,6,12,24 and 48 h,72 h,with ABA concentration of 0,10-8,10-7,10-6 and 10-5mol/L.Data were collected to do ANOVA and Duncan multiple comparison using the software Prism 4.【Conclusion】The result showed that both chilling time and ABA concentration could affected conductivity percentage,MDA content and SOD activities significantly.But they had no interaction with each other.When it was treated with ABA 10-7mol/L for 4 h,the conductivities percentage and MDA content decreased ,and SOD activities increased quite significantly.The chilling resistance of three commonly used varieties,CCRI 15,CCRI 35 and Xinluzao8,was compared after pre-chilling treatment for 4 h at 5℃ with ABA 10-7mol/L.The result was the chilling resistance of CCRI15>CCRI35>Xinluzao8.
