摘    要:应用均匀设计法研究了白头翁全草的不同提取液对大豆荚螟的触杀作用。结果表明:48 h内乙醇浸提液和水蒸汽蒸馏液均对大豆荚螟具有较高的触杀作用,72 h仅乙醇浸提液对大豆荚螟具有触杀作用,其致死中浓度(LC50)为8.627 3 mg/mL,触杀致死率为96.5%。乙酸乙酯浸提液对大豆荚螟的触杀作用不显著。

Abstract:Uniform Design was used to study the killing effect of various extracts from the herb of Pulsatilla chinensis against the soybean pest,Etiella zinckenella.(Bunge) Regel.The results showed that ethanol extraction and distillation methods had high contacting activity within 48 h.After 72h,only ethanol extracthad contacting killing activity and the LC50 of death was 8.6273mg/mL and the rate of death was 96.5%.Ethyl acetate extracts had indistinctively contacting death activity.
