| 摘 要： | “十一五”是我国社会主义新农村建设全面发展的关键时期,理顺和正确树立“十一五”三北防护工程建设防沙治沙工作的思路,对指导和搞好三北地区的防沙治沙工作,具有十分重要的战略意义。文章就三北防护林工程建设的实际情况,对“十一五”期间三北防护林工程建设防沙治沙工作,提出了总体思路。
