| 摘 要： | 由于体制的原因,射洪县农村提灌机械在经营管理中存在着职责不清、权限不明等问题,致使提灌站负债累累,文章通过深入提灌辖区调查研究和长期从事提灌工作结累的经验,提出了农村提灌站建设的解困对策"民办公助"模式。
