| 摘 要： | 完善农村土地整理融资制度是规范、保障农村土地整理融资的基本要件,但由于制度体系不健全、制度内容不完备,使我国农村土地整理融资制度相对滞后,从而限制了农村土地整理的更大规模效益。为此,从体系和内容两方面提出健全农村土地整理融资制度的对策建议,为农村土地整理融资工作提供进一步的理论指导。

| Abstract: | The basic element of regulating and guaranteeing rural land consolidation financing is to perfect rural land consolidation financing system.The rural land consolidation financing system is backward in our country because of its undound hierarchy and incomplete content;it has limited the scale benefit of rural land consolidation.The solutions include two aspects,i.e.,system hierarchy and system content.To put forward the suggestions of rural land consolidation financing system,therefore plays a further theoretical guiding role in rural land consolidation financing. |
