| 摘 要： | 阐述了在进入信息化、数字化和知识经济时代,知识更新的速度越来越快,作为高校三大支柱之一的图书馆,在知识的集聚和生产、播撒和辐射中占有重要的地位;并重点探讨了信息化时代的图书馆服务与管理正向着电子数字化、虚拟多样化和全球网络化昂首挺进。特色化的个性服务创新、特色化的人力资源开发和转换以及特色化的馆藏信息建设,可以为数字环境下高校图书馆的特色化可持续发展奠定坚实的基础和提供强有力的支持。

| Abstract: | This paper says,in entering digital and information,knowledge economy era,knowledge updating faster and faster,library as one of the three pillars of university,In knowledge accumulation and production,extending and radiation occupy an important position;And the discussion focus on,the library’s management and service of the information era walk on the way of electronic digital,virtual diversification and global network.The personality characteristic service innovation,characteristic of human resource development and conversion,characteristic collection of information construction,can provide a solid foundation and strong support for college library’s characteristic of sustainable development under the digital environment. |
