大猿叶虫二次滞育和非滞育成虫产卵后滞育诱导的研究

摘    要:大猿叶虫(Colaphellus bowringiBaly)是一种重要的十字花科蔬菜害虫,以成虫在土壤中越夏和越冬。在恒定条件下,将滞育持续期不同的滞育后成虫配对饲养,部分滞育个体能够在产卵后再次进入滞育;在自然条件下,非滞育成虫经过一段时间的产卵后,部分个体被诱导进入滞育。结果表明,较低的温度是大猿叶虫二次滞育和非滞育成虫产卵后滞育的诱导因子。最后,讨论了大猿叶虫二次滞育和非滞育成虫产卵后滞育的生物学意义。

Abstract:Cabbage beetle, Colaphellus bowringi Baly (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), is a serious pest of cruciferous vegetables. The beetle aestivates and hibernates as an adult in soil. In this paper, post-diapause adults with different diapause duration were reared under controlled conditions, and few individuls could re-enter diapause after a period of egg-laying. We also found that non-diapause adults could be induced to enter diapause after a period of egg-laying under natural condition. The results showed that temperature was the major inducing factor in the second diapause and diapause induction of non-diapause adults after a period of egg-laying. Finally, biological importance of the second diapause and diapause induction of non-diapause adults in cabbage beetle is also discussed in this paper.
