苍术和艾叶用于马铃薯组培室熏蒸的研究

摘    要:通过苍术、艾叶与甲醛的熏蒸效果比较,探索中药在组培室消毒中的可行性。试验结果表明:苍术的平均灭菌率为44.8%(真菌)、77.9%(细菌),艾叶的平均灭菌率为68.4%(真菌)、44.1%(细菌)。甲醛熏蒸平均灭菌率为70.2%(真菌)、68.8%(细菌)。由于苍术对细菌的灭菌效果优于真菌,而艾叶对真菌的灭菌效果优于细菌,可根据组培真、细菌污染的实际情况选择二者之一作为熏蒸剂。两种中药熏蒸剂对人体和试管苗均无伤害,且与甲醛熏蒸效果相近,可用于马铃薯组培室的消毒杀菌。
