| 摘 要： | 对紫叶小檗硬枝扦插育苗的主要影响因素：插穗选取部位、插穗粗度、ABT1号生根粉的处理质量浓度、扦插基质等，通过正交试验进行了系统研究。结果表明，紫叶小檗硬枝扦插育苗的最佳处理组合是：插穗直径4mm 150mg/kg的ABT1号 蛭石。

| Abstract: | With orthogonal experiments,the main factors of affecting on survivd of Barberry(Berberis thunbergii DC.f.atropurpurea Rehd.)hard branch cuttage such as position and width of scion,ABT1 concentration and cuttage substract were studied systemically.The best result occured in the cuttage 4 mm width,root-dipped with 150 mg/kg ABT1,planted in vermiculite. |
