摘    要:通过近几年水稻花药培养在常规杂交育种及杂交稻育种中的广泛应用,尤其在与抗病、抗虫等转基因及其它育种技术相结合中展现的成果,说明了该技术大大提高了育种效率。但是目前水稻花药培养技术还存在一定的缺陷,比如出愈率、绿苗分化率都不够高,影响后代的基因型的充分表达,因此有待于在应用中进一步的完善。水稻花药培养是水稻育种在微观领域与宏观领域的纽带。水稻花药培养在育种中的应用,加速了各种基因材料的获得,也加速了其它生物技术在育种中的成果转化。

Abstract:With the wide application of anther culture to conventional and hybrid rice breeding,the achievements were gained through anther culture combined with other techniques such as stress resistance breeding and transgenic techniques,which indicate that anther culture could increase breeding efficiency greatly.However,the shortcomings such as low callus induction rate and differentiation rate affect the full expression of genotypes of offspring.So this technique should be improved further in the application.As a link between microscopic and macroscopic rice breeding fields,the anther culture could fasten achieving gene materials and also accelerate the transformation of other breeding techniques on rice breeding.
