| 摘 要： | 应用双水相萃取技术在PEG15％、K2HPO410％条件下，对苏云金杆菌库斯塔克亚种（Bacillus thuringiensis subsp．kurstaki）和苏云金亚种（Bacillus thuringiensis subsp．thuringiensis）β-外毒素进行分离和初步纯化，提取纯化的β-外毒素用紫外分光光度计检测，同时进行了热稳定性试验、生物活性检测和生物毒性检测。结果表明：菌种1．1751在15％PEG和10％K2HPO4的双水相分离系统中具有较好的分离效果，采用两水相萃取技术可以分离得到较高浓度的β-外毒素，而且β-外毒素保持良好的活性。
