不同烟草品种绿原酸含量变化研究

摘    要:研究了16个烟草品种生长发育过程中绿原酸含量的动态变化,比较了采收时不同品种烟叶绿原酸含量的差异。结果表明:烟草发育过程中绿原酸呈四种变化趋势,G70、H80A、VA116和湄潭大蛮烟呈上升趋势,巴斯玛、青梗、GDH02、GDH88、南江三号和红花大金元呈上升-下降-上升趋势,TN90、K326和NC82呈"M"型变化趋势,马里兰烟、永胜晒烟和G80呈"W"型变化趋势;烟草成熟时,除了南江三号与G80之间,以及H80A与马里兰烟之间不存在显著差异外,其余材料间均存在极显著差异,烤烟类型品种K326绿原酸含量最高,为28.544 mg/g,烤烟类型品种GDH88绿原酸含量最低,仅为12.004 mg/g。

Dynamic Changes of Chlorogenic Acid Content in Different Types of Tobacco Cultivars
Abstract:The dynamic changes of chlorogenic acid during the growth process of 16 tobacco cultivars were analyzed, and the contents of chlorogenic acid among different cultivars at the harvest time were also detected in the present work. The content of chlorogenic acid showed four changeable trends during the growth of tobacco. The chlorogenic acid contents of G70,H80A,VA116 and Meitandamanyan presented the upward trend, and Basma,Qinggeng,GDH02,GDH88,Nanjiang NO.3 as well as Honghuadajinyuan characterized in the trends of up-down-up pattern. Furthermore, the chlorogenic acid contents of TN90, K326 and NC82 fluctuated in "M" pattern, and that of Maryland, sun-cured Yongsheng as well as G80changed in"W" pattern.The obtained data reflected that all tobacco cultivars, except Nanjiang NO.3, Nanjiang G80, Maryland and H80A, diversified highly in the contents of chlorogenic acid. In addition, the chlorogenic acid contents of flue-cured tobacco K326 was the highest (28.544 mg/g), while GDH88 showed the lowest level (12.004 mg/g).
