锁阳多糖的提取工艺及分离纯化

摘    要:目的:快捷分析锁阳多糖含量,优化锁阳多糖提取工艺。方法:通过L9(34)正交实验确定锁阳多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果显示,在液料比为1:8,浸提时间为2h,提取温度70℃,提取次数为2次时锁阳多糖含量最高;研究7种不同型号大孔树脂的吸附率及解吸率,确定分离纯化锁阳多糖的树脂类型,结果型号为HPD-450的树脂富集多糖效果最好,其吸附和解吸性能均较好,对锁阳多糖的动态吸附率为56%,动态解吸率为99%。结论:本项研究所建立的实验方法可快捷有效的完成锁阳药材中的多糖提取及分离纯化。

EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION OF POLYSACCHARIDE CYNOMORIUM SONGARIEUM

Abstract:objctive : quick analysis of the content of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songarieum Rupr, optimization of extraction technology of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songaricum. Method: L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songaricum. Results displayed in liquid material than for 1:8, dip mention time for 3h, extraction temperature 70℃, extraction times for 2 times CSRP content Supreme ; research 7 species different models big hole resin of adsorption rate and the solutions sucking rate, determines separation CSRP of resin type, results models for HPD -450 of resin rich set polysaccharide effect best, its adsorption reconciliation sucking performance are better, on CSRP of dynamic adsorption rate for 56%, Dynamic desorption rate for 99%. Conclusion.the experimental method in this research is the establishment of an efficient and effective completion of the extraction and determination of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songaricum separation and purification.
