| 摘 要： | 研究应用DS-401大孔吸附树脂纯化前后玫瑰花红色素的性能，以便为玫瑰花红色素的应用提供理论依据。试验结果表明：纯化后的玫瑰花红色素色价、稳定性提高；纯化后的玫瑰花红色素2％溶液对金黄葡萄球菌有较明显的抑制作用，对大肠杆菌、藤黄八叠球菌、枯草杆菌也有一定抑制作厢。但对啤酒酵鼯没有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the function of Rose red pigment before and after purifying by DS-401 resin was studied,providing theoretical foundation for its practical applications.The experiment findings show that the color value of the red roses pigment after purifying was improved,and its stability was better.The red pigment with a concentration of 2%after purifying has an obvious inhibiting effect on Staphylococcus,has some inhibiting effect on Escherichia coli,Sarcina lulea and Bacillus subtilis,but has no inhibiting... |
