| 摘 要： | 生态林产业是在充分利用自然条件发展森林资源、发挥林业的保护和改良生态环境作用的基础上，科学开发和合理利用林地内一切物质资源所形成的产业，是以“生态经济观”为指导，林业的生态效益与经济效益密切结合，同步和协调发展的新兴产业。作者提出广泛采用生物技术和市场发展生态林产业，认为充分发挥林业的多功能、多效益、实施生态林产业，是我国林业发展的正确道路。

| Abstract: | The ecological forest production model is one of scientific exploitation and rational use of all resources in forest,based on the full use of natural conditions for the forest resources development,and bringing into play protecting and improving ecological environment of forest.This is a new model of closely combined and coordinative development of ecological and economic efficiency under the guidance of Ecological Economic Viewpoint.In the management and development of ecological forestry,biotechniques,and the principle of market economy should be applied,the potentiality of multiple products tapped,and the forestry production promoted in depth and scope.This is advantageous to the maintenance of ecological balance,the imporvement of ecological environment,the prosperity of forestry economy,the promotion of high yield jgood quality,high efficiency, and steady development of forest.Therefore to manage and develop ecological forestry is a correct road for forestry development in China. |
